Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival will not be charged
  • For cancellations within 14 days or no-show we charge 100%.

Exceptions:

  • For bookings during Christmas and/or New Year's Eve (25 and/or 31 December) and
    for bookings during the Inferno week in Mürren which usually takes place in January and
    for the high season period in February usually from the 10th to the 28th of February:
    Cancellation within 30 days or no-show will be charged 100%.
